Admin can monitor the activities of over all users to monitor what they are doing and performing.
Tenant can monitor the activities of him self and only his user’s and his tenant’s users while admin can monitor the activities of all users in system.
In user activities popup admin/tenant can see and monitor the following activities such as User ID, User name, activity that user performed such as (login/logout/create fax or others), server IP and date/time as shown in above image.
2. Fax Logs and Activities

Fax has two functionalities which are Fax logs and Fax activities.
Fax logs:
- In fax logs, there are core details about fax which display about fax type, date, sender, receiver information with final transmission status.
Fax activities:
- In fax activities , it stores and display the information about which user downloads and see the fax.
All user can access the is feature whatever it is admin, tenant or user. But admin can see the fax logs of all users and tenants. While tenant can see and monitor the fax log of his users and his tenant/company users. And user can only see the fax log and activities of his faxes.
This feature is available for both incoming/receive and outbound/send faxes.
3. System Activities
System activities feature in ICTFax are combines users activities to monitor that which user performed what the other user. It is main module of the activities. All users activities are monitored in this same module. We can export CSV of system activities and also apply filters to monitor specific.
Admin can monitor and check the system activities on basis of over all users and tenants. While tenant can check the system activities for only himself/herself and his other users. While user not has permission of monitor system activities.
Admin and tenant can track and monitor following activities in system activity module:
- User ID
- User name
- IP Address
- Activities (login, logout, create document, create fax, create contact or so on)
- Date and time
